Copyright and rights concerns
Rights in individual articles, images, tables, code, and other material remain with their respective holders. A site-wide copyright notice does not transfer third-party rights to the publisher. Consult the credit or license attached to the particular item and our Citation and Reuse Policy.
Report a suspected infringement, missing credit, incorrect license, unauthorized portrait, or other rights concern to the policy contact. Identify the affected URL and material, the original work or relevant right, your relationship to the rightsholder, and a reliable way to contact you. Explain the requested correction and provide supporting evidence. Send only the personal information needed to assess the report.
We review supported reports and may request clarification, correct attribution, restrict access, or remove material as appropriate. A report is not automatically proof of infringement. We may seek the contributor's response and will share only information reasonably needed to investigate or comply with law. Fair use, public-domain status, and valid licenses must be considered.
This is a general rights-reporting channel, not a representation that we have registered a designated agent under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act or qualify for its safe harbors. Any applicable statutory notice and counter-notice process remains available according to law.
For ordinary reuse permission rather than a complaint, provide the proposed use described in the Citation and Reuse Policy. Silence does not grant permission.
