Effective

Citation and reuse

We welcome accurate references to the Oleg V. Kozyuk scientific archive, okozyuk.com. Linking to a publication or citing its findings does not require our permission. The permissions below cover only rights that the author or publisher is authorized to grant.

Permission already granted

You may quote up to 250 words from an article, not exceeding 10% of its main text, in academic, educational, editorial, or commercial technical material. This includes company articles, technical presentations, and printed publications. Count excerpts from the same article together within the same reuse project; splitting them across pages does not increase the allowance. This is our permission threshold, not a definition of fair use.

You may save or print an intact article for personal study or circulate it privately within your organization for reference, without selling it or operating a replacement archive. You may make accessible-format copies for a reader who needs them. Third-party material remains subject to its own rights.

These permissions are worldwide, nonexclusive, and royalty-free. They cover faithful formatting changes, not misleading edits. They do not authorize product advertising, testimonials, public translations, or adaptations.

Give useful credit

Identify the author, article title, archive name or okozyuk.com, publication year or full date, and canonical article URL. Use the article's stated authorship and date, not a guessed byline or your download date. Standard scholarly citation formats are acceptable; academic initials are acceptable, and honorifics are optional.

On the web, include a visible, direct hyperlink to the article beside the excerpt or in a clearly connected reference. In print, include a readable article URL or a verified DOI that resolves to the work. A QR code may supplement, but not replace, that reference. A homepage link or generic footer credit alone is insufficient for a reproduced excerpt.

Preserve qualifications, units, figure references, and technical meaning. Mark omissions or your commentary clearly. Do not imply that the author or publisher endorses your equipment, findings, or business.

Ask before broader reuse

Written permission is required for public republication of a complete article, longer excerpts, public translations or adaptations, paid advertising, and reproduction of figures, tables, photographs, or other assets without a separate reusable license. Send the article URL, exact material, intended context, media, language, and distribution details to the policy contact.

A figure's own license takes priority for that figure. A third-party Creative Commons license is not replaced by this policy, and crediting okozyuk.com does not replace crediting the original creator. We cannot license rights we do not hold.

Rights retained

Copyright permission does not grant patent, trademark, personality, or manufacturing rights. Facts, ideas, public-domain material, statutory exceptions, and independently applicable licenses remain unaffected. Permission is not required where the law already permits the use.

Future policy changes apply prospectively. Existing uses validly made under this permission may continue while their conditions remain satisfied. A breach or third-party rights issue may require correction or removal. A separately agreed license governs its specified use.
